Exchange & Refunds
Our refunds and exchanges policy
All exchanges and returns will need an email to us to confirm returns address - with order number and note for exchange/refund request included in the return package (does not need to be full receipt, just a note will do - save the trees).
If we don't nail your sizing then we'll happily swap the kicks over for an alternative size. It needs to be within 21 days and the kicks need to be in as new condition.
You can return unwashed and unworn Products bought on this Website by mail within 21 days of your order date for refund.
Please send back your Products to us in their original and unworn condition, in the original packaging with all tags still attached with the appropriate purchasing documentation. Failure to do this may result in delays in processing any exchange or refund.
If you cancel this Contract before receipt of goods, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you for the actual goods, excluding a 15% re-stocking fee.
We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in the value of any goods supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary and inappropriate handling by you or refuse refund/charge the re-stock fee in the event of a 'change of mind'.
We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
We will withhold reimbursement/exchange/replacement until we have received the returned goods. It is the sole responsibility of the customer to ensure the returned goods arrive back with VeloKicks. Any returned goods, even if lost by the return shipping party, remain the responsibility of the customer. VeloKicks bears no obligation should returning goods not make it to us.
If you return a Product for any other reason, we shall examine the Product and notify you of your refund via email or exchange within a reasonable period. Refunds or exchanges will be processed within  days of the day the Product is received at VeloKicks. Return postage for any exchanges will not be via our express courier service (this is only offered on the initial purchase).
Sale (read: discounted) Product purchases are final. Only store credit or exchange is available on these purchases - with any cost difference (and postage costs) to be paid by the customer.
Products returned as a result of a defect with be refunded in full, including delivery charges. In the event of a defective product return we will first strive to organise postage of the item back to us at our cost. Should that not be possible we will also refund the cost incurred by you in the return (by a method agreed upon by both parties).
In the event of a return (either due to cancellation of the purchase agreement or defect) it is the obligation of the customer to pursue a refund of any local duties and/or taxes incurred. You may be contacted by the courier to settle any amounts. Refusal to do so, and the resulting return to sender of goods will result in a deduction of the refund amount to the value of the freight and handling costs. These costs will be summarised in a tax invoice to the customer.
All costs associated with the return of goods are the sole responsibility of the customer except in the case that the Product is defective.
