Shipping

We ship worldwide. Delivery times will vary, however we aim to deliver your Products that are in stock within 5 to 15 business days (that is express, regular shipping will be slower) to any given location. Corona virus is having some adverse effects on shipping times, with delays presently possible due to lock down restrictions within the state of Victoria (where VeloKicks is based) and in local regions around the globe.

 

We will be open with our communication where these timelines cannot be met. Shipments will be sent via courier with signature on delivery.

Our standard shipping rates are as follows per pair:

  • Domestic shipments within Australia, regular speed: free
  • Domestic shipments within Australia, express: $10 AUD
  • International Express shipments: $25 AUD
  • International regular shipments: free
  • Custom orders : free

 

PayPal return refund: purchases made through PayPal may are eligible for a refund of up to $45 for return post costs via their customer satisfaction guarantee (for all accounts with this activated). This is means should you need to exchange/return a pair of VeloKicks you won't be left out of pocket - another great reason to give our kicks a chance.

 

The boring Terms and Conditions

If you order multiple items, these may be dispatched in separate packages and may arrive at different times.  If this occurs, please wait an extra day for the remaining Products to arrive before contacting Customer Service with a delivery enquiry.

It is your responsibility to ensure correct delivery details are provided.  We are not responsible for reshipping orders at our expense if incorrect details are provided. Delivery shall be completed when we deliver the Products to the address that you gave us and the Products will be your responsibility from that time.

It is the customers responsibility to pay all local duties and taxes.  You may be contacted by the courier to settle any amounts.  Refusal to do so, and the resulting return to sender of goods will result in a deduction of the refund amount to the value of the freight and handling costs.  These costs will be summarised in a tax invoice to the customer.

Handling times for packing and shipment are 2-5 business days for regular (free) shipping, pending any additional Covid related delays.
